At Impact North West Schools, we believe personal development and character education are just as important as academic success. That’s where the IMPACT Challenges come in!

These challenges are designed to help students step out of their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and develop key life skills in a fun, engaging way. It’s not just about ticking boxes—it’s about helping students grow into confident, well-rounded individuals.

Through these challenges, students get the chance to:

• Build resilience by trying new things and overcoming obstacles.

• Foster teamwork by working together on group tasks and learning how to communicate effectively.

• Develop leadership skills by taking the lead in projects or mentoring others.

• Show empathy and kindness through community-based activities or acts of service.

• Set personal goals and reflect on their progress, helping them to see just how much they’re capable of achieving.

 

Whether it’s planning a charity event, taking part in outdoor activities, or even learning a new skill, the IMPACT Challenges are all about encouraging students to grow in confidence, take pride in their achievements, and build character along the way.

We love seeing our students rise to these challenges and showing the very best of themselves—it’s a true celebration of what makes each of them unique!

Our student's complete 10 challenges per value each year.  Once the Value has been complete in each year, the student's receive a certificate to add to their collection.
