    • Catch-up plans for students with significant gaps in learning, ensuring a manageable workload and regular milestones.

    • Highly trained staff with expertise in working with SEMH needs, attachment, and trauma, ensuring students receive informed and compassionate support.

    • Ongoing staff CPD focused on inclusion, THRIVE practices, and early intervention strategies.
